This June, the Peterborough Business Expo at the Brightfield Business Hub will bring together guest speakers, workshops and exhibitors to showcase some of the best of business from Cambridgeshire and beyond.
Michelle Craig, General Manager at Brightfield, says “One of the fastest growing Cities in England, Peterborough is home to an abundance of talented and driven individuals all seeking to make their mark on the City and beyond. The Peterborough Business Expo aims to bring together businesses small and large from across Peterborough and the wider County of Cambridgeshire, to showcase their business, services and products, to learn and grow. We do this by not only companies exhibiting but also with speakers on the day and running free various business workshops.”
Guest Speaker – Mike Greene
Mike is a passionate Leader, Experienced Chairman, CEO & Director (Exec & NED), Strategic board change. Mike has been a consultant for many FTSE companies, an investor in over 30 start-up businesses, a Business Growth Mentor to around 20 businesses, an author, a public speaker, and a property developer.
Between 08:30 – 09:30 Mike is hosting a FREE Open Surgery where you are welcome to come along and ask Mike any questions you may have regarding your own business.
From10:30 Mike will be talking about – The 10 Brutal Business Truths that Winners Embrace but Whiners, Watchers and Wonderers Hate. Mike will also be talking about embracing change within the 10 truths and will incorporate AI.

Throughout the day, various FREE 40-minute workshops will be running on many different subject areas. Some examples are:
11:00 – Bridget Howard from Anne Corder, Recruitment 101 – How to reduce your recruitment spend and increase retention.
11:50 – Dez Calton from Optimyzd, led by managing director Dez, specialises in tailored digital advertising solutions for businesses. With a focus on precision targeting across platforms like Google, Facebook, YouTube and Spotify, Optimyzd helps clients reach their potential customers effectively.
13:30 – Andrew Goode from Blue Dolphin, Unlock Success in Ecommerce: A Game-Changing Presentation by Andrew Goode of Blue Dolphin Business Development.
